The GFT2016 16-channel Time Interval Meter provides high-precision measurement capabilities for complex timing analysis in a compact 19-inch 3U rack mountable enclosure. With 10 picosecond resolution and a 10-second measurement range, it allows engineers to capture events with extreme accuracy across extended durations. The instrument is highly versatile, allowing any of its 16 channels to be configured as a ‘Start’ reference for the remaining 15 ‘Stop’ events.
It features a high sample rate of up to 1 MHz per channel and automated statistical processing, providing immediate feedback on Mean, Min, Max, and RMS jitter via the built-in web server. The embedded interface allows for easy remote control, data visualization, and configuration through any standard web browser over an Ethernet connection.
Designed for seamless lab integration, the unit also includes four digital bi-directional GPIO signals for communicating with external equipment and a common GATE input for synchronized control.
