A precision master trigger and timing source that distributes optical clock and trigger signals across large systems.
Designed for picosecond-level synchronization, it supports internal or external references, single-shot operation, and remote control, making it ideal for complex laser and physics timing applications.
The GFT3022 acts as the master trigger and timing source, distributing an optical serial data stream across a fiber network to synchronize multiple local delay generators.
It can operate using either an internal or an external reference clock. In certain setups, the GFT3022 can also provide a clock output to align other instruments, such as laser oscillators.
The unit supports both external hardware single-shot triggers and internally generated single-shot triggers. To ensure safe operation, a hardware-level preset can stop the single-shot function, and if the external reference clock is lost, the system automatically falls back to a predefined frequency.
Users can configure all parameters either directly from the front panel or remotely through Ethernet or the integrated web server.
The primary use of the GFT3022 is in high-precision picosecond timing systems, where it delivers hundreds of trigger signals to devices distributed throughout large-scale laser facilities and related environments.
Whether you’re developing complex laser systems, high-speed data acquisition setups, or any timing-sensitive applications, we provide the performance and engineering support you need to succeed.
